Chosen Solution
The phone dropped while charging and I had to buy a new charge cord from Verizon. It charged but now only works for about 20 min uncharged.

- Cable Also, I suggest you edit your device since I don’t believe the JBL Flip 3 qualify as " phone " :) You can buy phone charge cable from other sources, no need to go to your carrier.
