When in a party on ps4 the mic has a red x and doesn’t work when speaking.
Try following this setup. https://support.steelseries.com/hc/en-us… If it doesn’t work you should contact the support team directly. You could also try to connect it to another device and if it doesn’t work there is a high chance that it’s a hardware issue.
