Recently, I haven’t been able to get my camera to turn on. I have tried taking out the battery and charging it with the wall charger but it still doesn’t seem to be working. I’m not sure where to go with it next. Let me know if you have any advice!
Hi Erika, The most common issue that occurs when your camera simply won’t turn on , even when charged, is that the battery is dead. In this case you will have to purchase a new battery. Please refer to our battery replacement guide if you need assistance.
