Hello, My laptop display shut off yesterday while I was using the computer. The computer was still on (the Touch Bar was still functional and the keyboard was lit up). I’ve tried hard rebooting by holding the power button down, resetting the SMC, and resetting the PRAM/NVRAM, but can’t get the display to come on (however, there is no “chime” when booting up or resetting these). I can connect the computer to an external display and it works fine, which leads me to believe it’s either an OS issue or a display or internal cable issue. Do you guys have any ideas on further troubleshooting steps? Thanks in advance! -Andrew
