I am fixing my relatives iPad. She said one day she unplugged the charger from the iPad and it wouldn’t turn on anymore. I’ve tried holding down the power and home button for 30 seconds and I’ve also tried plugging it into a PC to connect to iTunes,but it was not detected by iTunes. I have no idea what’s wrong with with the iPad. It completely doesn’t turn on,even the apple logo doesn’t show up.
Hello human, it sounds like your Ipad Air has a possible charge port problem! Unfortunately the Ipad Air model has a charge port that is soldered on to the logic board. Depending on your location you can take it into apple or a 3rd party repair shop. I do not recommend trying this repair yourself, if you can find a shop that will charge you less than $90 you should be A-OK!
