Its been plugged for 24hrs now n its going down in battery charge not going up. Pls help it’s not even a year old.
Sounds like a bad battery. When the battery will not hold a charge, and charges slowly it’s a sign the battery is bad. I did a search online an replacement battery and they run for ~$9.00 to ~$20.00.
It could just be the charger as well! Try with another one to see .

my battery is showing a exclamation on the battery saying 0% but its not dead and turning off and on while on the charger and turned off instead of showing a charging battery? any ideas
