Why Isn T My Phone Charging Its Been Hooked Up To Power For Like 24Hrs Alcatel Onetouch Idol 3

Its been hooked up to the power point for nearly 24hrs n instead of it charging its going down in charge. Pls help me.

Try the charger with other devices. If other devices behave the same, get another charger. Try plugging the phone into a computer. If the computer recognizes the phone, it should charge there. If it does not work on a computer, then there is something wrong with the charge port on the phone.
