Chosen Solution
I was charging my phone early this morning before my game and before i unplugged it, it shut off and wouldn’t turn on. Phone was at about 70% at the time and i still can’t get the phone to charge. Please help!
jesseornelas72, check your charger to make sure that it is working. Try a different cable, and check your port for any debris corrosion and bend/broken pins. If all that checks out replace the battery and reevaluate. If none of that works you could be having issues with the power management IC or the charging coil itself. Hope this helps, good luck.
