My phone wont turn or do anything. The charger does nothing, holding down the power and the volume buttons doesn’t do anything. I don’t know where to go from there. There is no blinking lights or anything its just black.
I’m having the same problem and my phone is only 2 weeks old, what did you do?? did you manage to get it on?
