i didn’t do anything i just turned my phone off and then after when i tried to turn it back on it stayed off and when i put my charger in it doesn’t say it’s charging. i haven’t dropped it or anything. what should i do?
Remove Battery and then plug into charging cable. Try and power up. If this works the Battery is dead and needs to be replaced.
unfortunately the phone will not power on without a battery in. Try replacing the battery. If that does not work you most likely have a logic board problem, which is common over time with a phone that old.
