Hello, Today I downloaded a new app (it was an app that doesn’t let the phone sleep and displays the clock but I cant remember the name specifically) and when I launched it, the phone went black and wasn’t responding to anything. so naturally I took out the battery and put it back in. It rebooted to the samsung and model name and went black again. it didn’t reboot until I had to remove the battery, but the same case. when I tried to launch safe mode, then they displayed a message about a new software being installed but it crashed after like 5 seconds. It was the same case everytime I tried. I put the phone on charge for 2 hours. I came and tried restarting it and nothing happened. it is completely black and non responsive to anything, it also isn’t connecting to the computer. Please help! Muhammad Ahmed

Assalam mulikum Brother Muhammad. The application definitely could have an impact on causing the phone to go crazy. What i would try to do if i were you is just doing a hard reset. Unfortunately it will delete everything from the phone, including contacts and pictures, but it is the fastest way to get your phone up and working normally again. Im sure you could find a way to avoid doing that, but that will take a lot of time to find out how to do and you could potentially be just wasting your time. Here is a link on how to do a Hard reset. Make sure your phone is charged before you start the process and also make sure the phone is completley powered down before you start. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCiNgZkl… Hope this was helpful!
