I dropped my tab let on floor and now when I turn it on the screen turns gray
Droping a device breaks the screen, if your screen is cracked get it replaced and if not cracked there is a chance its bricked from the shock of being droped, in this there is no fix just replace the device. I have a LG L15G Sunrise Android phone i droped in the same way and its junk. i hope this helps.
