I pushed the power button and nothing happens.
Hi @randolphmora123, Does the tablet show that it is charging when you connect the charger to it? What % of charge is the battery icon showing when you try to charge the battery only and not switch on the tablet? If it shows that it is charging allow it to fully charge and then try turning it on. If it still won’t turn on after it is fully charged, can you start and use the tablet with the charger connected and switched on? If so, then the battery may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
