The battery was low on my zte phone.I plugged the charger to it then I turned my phone off. The phone didn’t charge and now my phone will not come on at all. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
Start with the power source. Swap out charging adapters and cords with known working ones, if neither of those work then swap out the battery. Hope this helps :)
