My transformer pad is connected but i cant use the keyboard because it won’t pop up i can only use the ’e’ and ’l’key. Also sometimes when i connect the keyboard dock the screen freezes and shuts off and wont turn back on again.
I have the same problem. The “c” types in “;” the “x” types in “q” and the space bar doesnt wok. HELP ME
Make sure you haven’t downloaded any alternate keyboards. If you have, disable all but one. Other than that, that’s the only thing that helped mine. K0101……
The last couple that I have repaired have had weird keyboard faults and they both turned out to be poor seating in the edge connector under the keyboard. Pull off the four rubber feet and undo the screws. Take out the two visible ones underneath and the three under the silver tab directly beneath the touchpad. Unlock the ribbon edge connector and clean the ribbon contacts. It may be as simple as that.
