A couple days ago, the sound was perfectly fine, but when I woke up the next day, nothing audio wise was working. I even tried to plug headphones in, but that didn’t work either. Also, on the phone itself, videos are lagging so badly, that I can’t even watch them. The phone can’t even record sound, which makes me worry about calls, because most likely, those won’t have sound either. I only bought this phone to take calls, and use apps, which is hard, when not even vibrate is working on it.
I suggest a factory reset. This will delete all data and hopefully restore the phone to factory condition. You’ll need to back up your photos and anything else bore you do this. Install Google photos or other free cloud service and back up all your photos and videos.Move any music to your computer. Save your contactsGo to settings. Select backup and restore. Make sure you have everything set to backup.Reset your phone. That should do it. Hope this helps!
