My Keurig classic stopped making full cups. Followed directions and thoroughly cleaned the needles and surrounding areas. Started descaling (it had started telling me to in the window which is why I’m doing this) with vinegar and water, on the full 10oz cup size. Water started coming through at first, dwindled down, and stopped. The window still said brewing and I could hear the bubbling inside. Waited until it said not ready. Lifted the lever and started the Brew cycle again. Said brewing again and nothing came out. (While making coffee, before it stopped making a full 10oz cup I was getting about half. I would then lift the lever and change the cup size with my pod still in it to a smaller cup size and it would work. Up until it quit completely coming out) I thought of this while descaling so I figured I would go down to the smaller cup size, now it won’t change at all and it’s stuck on the largest, 10oz AND nothing’s coming out. HELP!
Try unplugging the machine, waiting a minute, plug back in and then try brewing with the vinegar again. That’s what worked for me. Would not work just turning the button off, have to unplug.
I just had the same problem but was told to “spank” the machine….hit it on the side and top and to shake it. all the scales that have come loose will eventually come out. I think I was hitting it for a good 15-20min while trying to brew a cup. Be prepared for all the coffee grounds and debris to come out….pretty gross thinking you have been drinking this. I went through about 3 reserviors of water till I was satisfied with the clear water.
