Sorry you can’t buy the system you want. We have no idea why Apple doesn’t sell the Vega GPU based systems yet in India. Importation into India does take a bit of time as devices needed to go through a lengthly importation process. If you can travel, I would recommend you go to a country that offers it and pick it up there. You do run a risk here if your system encounters an issue under warranty, it might not be covered within either India Apple Store’s or even the authorized independent stores. I would strongly recommend paying the extra for the AppleCare+ contract in any case.
