Why Isnt My Headphones Working When I Listen To Music Ipad 3 4G

so when i put my headpjones on my ipad its makes no sound but when i watch yt when my headphones i can hear but when got music apps it doesnt help PLZZZ HELP !!!

If I read it correctly, there’s no sound using Music app, but no issues on other apps like YouTube? If that’s the case, you need to adjust volume limit set for the Music app: Go to settings and then scroll down to select Music.Next, tap volume limit and pull up the volume slider to the maximum level.
