It’s starts up and constantly spins with light grey screen & Apple logo but want Bootup
Hard drive have a life span about 3 years. if you had your computer longer then that most likely is your hard drive.
Have you gone through any trouble shooting steps? If so, what are they? Have you tried booting into Safe Mode? Did it work? Have you tried any resets like PRAM or SMC? Results? Have you booted into AHT (hold “D” at boot until you see a pixelated old school computer icon) and run test on the hardware, including the HDD? If so, results? We really want to help you, but with literally no information other than you’re getting the eternal boot up screen, it’s hard to tell you where to go next, except to start at the beginning.
