Message won’t send or receive while charging even sim signals are full . Kindly help me to solve this problem
Interesting.. Is it connected to wifi as well? I’ve only seen this when the device was slightly water damaged, which caused the additonal current from the charger to cause the port/4g antenna to malfunction. I would check the chargeport for any signs of water damage or corrosion
