My Game Boy Color has a dark circle in the middle of the screen. Does anybody know how can i fix it? All the pixels are working fine so i guess it’s not the lcd display. For what i’ve read, it is a “polarizer” issue. Can somebody help me? :)
Here is an old trick to try, do you have something electrical that vibrates such as a mans electric shaver or dog sheers or possible other items. Turn on the item far from your game, bring the vibrating item super near to the game but do not touch the two items, when the vibrating item is very near, do you notice a color change in the screen, if yes, then continue to move the vibrating item near and a little far away, an arms length is ok, do this several times and see if the screen clears up but on the last pass, move the vibrating item far away before turning it off. Otherwise my first thought was a bad LCD. Good luck.
