my anker powercore+ powerbank LED doesnt turn off and it does not charge any phone
- Is your USB cable in working condition (aka does it work with other devices)?
- Is your charging adapter in working condition?
- Does your power bank charge from other charging adapters and cables? If not, then it is most likely an issue with port on power bank or controller on motherboard of your powerbank. Is that’s the thing, go either to service or buy a new power bank.
