Hi , Try resetting the Network Settings in the phone and check if that resolves the problem. Update (08/25/2021) @TOUAMA Hichem The only things to try now are to wipe the cache partition (scroll down to find the procedure) and check if that resolves the problem in case it is corrupted data somewhere or to first back up the phone to a PC and then do a factory reset and check if it works then. Note: You may have to know your Google account user ID and password to access the phone, after a factory reset if the phone has a Google account. I’m not sure if a FRP lock (Factory Reset Protection) is applicable to your model OS or not. If it works OK after a factory reset then restore the phone using the backup you made and check again. If it still doesn’t work after a factory reset then there is a hardware problem (faulty WiFi chip?)
