@sanjay123 most likely an issue with your Operating system not finding all the files it requires. Try to get into the BIOS of your machine, set the boot order to either USB or optical drive and run a bootable OS . Once that starts, use it to check your harddrive and back up all your personal files. Then consider to reinstall your original OS. This does not sound like a hardware issue but strictly software.
