I’m having trouble with the door speakers in my dodge ram truck. Will I was driving down the road the other day the negative battery terminal came off the battery. I pulled off the road, turned the truck off and put the cable back on the battery and when I turned the truck back on the door speakers won’t work. I have two subs that are still working fine even when the door speakers aren’t. If I open and shut the passenger side door all 4 speakers turn on and work fine. As soon as I turn off the ignition the passenger side door speaker makes a pop and when I turn it on again they won’t work until I open and shut the passenger side door. Any suggestions?
I have just replaced the front speaker on the passenger’s side on my Hemi 1500 made in 2008. Maybe it may help you. It was quite easy, as I followed these steps about changing the front door speakers on Dodge Ram. The new speaker sounds great. Thanks and good luck!
I also had some problems with the front speaker, on the passenger’s side. I have replaced it myself, in the end. It was quite easily. If you need to do it, I found this good article about changing the front speaker on Dodge Ram. Now all my speakers sound great. Thanks and good luck!
