I tried the old Apple ID user and the recent ID user and the password 2 different one also I use them but still it says Activation Lock Update (06/26/2020) Apple ID user and Password does not work and the Activation is Lock
You can hook up the ipad to iTunes and restore the iPad but you will lose all of your data. If it has iCloud on it only the person who put it on there can get it off meaning you need to remember you iCloud password. If you have the original receipt you can take it to an Apple store and they can remove iCloud on it.
