why my iPad is not turning on after I change my screen?

You may have popped a backlight filter when you connected the LCD. It happens on iPads since there is no way to disconnect the battery when changing the screen. Plug it into your computer and look real close to see if you see the apple logo. If you can see the logo, carefully go into settings and see if you can turn the brightness up. If the brightness is already up, its more than likely a filter.

You changed your lcd screen or just the broken glass? Does your PC recognize your iPad when it’s plugged in? Try doing a hard reboot by pressing the home and power button at the same time for about 10 seconds. If this doesnt work, Ill try to gather more info from you to help you resolve this issue.
