The last week my phone over heat and then goes back screen. Started when my boyfriend took my phone and throw it across the room. It was in a otter box tho. When I took off it work sometimes. Now I have blow in where SIM card goes to cool it down and goes back to the home. Can please help
Most likely there is some board damaged, despite being in an otterbox. I would get it checked out at a repair facility nearby that specializes in IPhones. They should be able to determine if one of the components need to be replaced. If you can, try to back up your device before the phone is obsolete. Good Luck
