Hello, i have a problem with whatsapp on my iPhone 7 plus, when I try to send pictures to 20-25 people it completely freezes, if i close whatsapp, turn off the internet and acces again whatsapp it’s no more stuck (with internet off), if i turn on the internet it freezes again and its getting hot . I had an iPhone 6s… iPhone 7… and never had a problem like that, and i was sending 30 photos to over 150 people in the same time. It is possible that my 7plus to have hardware problems? Beside that problem whatsapp is working perfect, and i dont have another problems with my iphone. (I’m sorry for my english, it is not my first language
Try a) Settings –> General –> Reset –> Reset Network Settings. Power off the phone. Power on the phone again. b) Uninstall WhatsApp. Power off the phone. Power On the phone again.
