my keyboard and mouse didn’t work but the screen and windows start as it used to be ,I tried different USB port and PS/2 port nothing happen . maybe problem from motherboard can you help me please
there are a couple of settings that you can try. In BIOS there is an option to enable or disable USB mouse or keyboard. ***you should have an ps2 keyboard - bios will work by default with PS2 keyboard. if it fails, than a BIOS reset will do the trik. ***before BIOS reset try a new keyboard or borrow one…
