Hello,I have an HP Elite book and The battery does not work as usual I need to keep the charger connected to the PC or it will turn off
if your battery is not charging on HP laptops, before replacing parts and get your electronic weapons out… try to disconnect all cables, remove battery, press power button for 15-20 seconds, it will flush the “battery memory”, plug everything back and power on, …charging and working :)
boutaina, make sure that your battery makes proper contacts etc. otherwise I’d suggest you replace it.
HP batteries are one of the worsest on the market … when u dont need a battery just take it out ,that way you will extend its life , and ur notebook will have better performances …
If the new battery also not charging means you laptop charging circuit may be got fault
