After I’ve cleaned the fans and replaced the paste, after one month I’ve noticed that my graphic adapter is not being read. I’ve installed my Windows when I’ve done the cleaning and also all my drivers, including the graphic one and everything went smooth, but now it says that I don’t have a GPU. What should I do? I remember I was very gentle with every part of my laptop, when I’ve clean it, just to avoid this kind of problems.
Hi @maricruze Check in BIOS > Advanced > Graphics Configuration and see if it is shown there. Unfortunately the user manual (see p.72) doesn’t show what the settings are. At 9:20 minutes into a teardown video of the laptop it shows the CPU and the GPU and both are hard mounted on the motherboard so it is not a case of a loose connection
