I’m trying to turn on my laptop but the keyboard is starting but screen is not turning on. Screen is blank and also touchscreen also not working it stopped working after an update 1st time when the touchscreen problem arises i done a bios update and touchscreen start working properly but this time it’s not, and also this blank display problem arising after this touchscreen problem
If your touchscreen isn’t responsive or not working how you would expect, try restarting your PC. If you’re still having problems, check for updates: Select Start , then select Settings . In Settings, select Update & security , then WindowsUpdate , and then select the Check for updates button. Regards, Will
