After replacement of thermal paste it wont boot. Even when the battery if full. Then when i plug it then i was able to boot it but a problem with the keyboard some keys are working and sone are not.
Sounds like you over did the thermal paste so the chip SMD devices are being effected. Take the heatsink back off and lets see both surfaces before altering things. Adding images to an existing question
