i bought a s6 battery from ifixit site at december 2, 2018. firstly when i reinstall my battery, i saw over 900 times discharge cycle. also, battery health is drop down 95 to 90 within week. now, it show 86.71 samsung info app could show error information, so i check several different app to check about it. they show all same discharge cycle and battery is already bad. do they send me old battery or is there anything i need to. also i charge my phone between 70 - 75.
I don’t think the charging cycles reset on Samsung phones when you change the battery. I replaced the battery on the S7 edge before and the charging cycles did not change.
