My phone runs very slow or it freezes up and when I play games it just stops and returns to main menu
I think this is because you storage is full on your device. Also every app use storage so if you storage is full the app can crash or go to the main menu. You can go to the settings and then general and than storage and see wich app is taking most of your storage. You can then remove the app if you want and this may help you.
