My phone get ON HOLD during call in progress. Also get Mute

Which version of MIUI are you using ? MiUI is the ROM based on Android Lolipop.

When you put your phone beside your face it touches the buttons. If it touch hold then phone gets put on hold etc. enable pocket mode to disable touch screen if you put it on your face.
