hung phone then push turning off by removing the battery. now no power.
I tried to charge it but still it won’t work
I have the same phone, I found that the hard reset system is to hold the power on switch( on the top of the phone) and the volume down switch (rocker switch on the side of the phone) will cause a reset of the phone while under usb power with a dead battery.
