my phone is getting switchoff although it has 65% battery after i charge my phon to 100 % den again it gets off at 85 % and it will say 0 percent battery
It’s a defective battery. Consider getting it replaced at a reputable phone shop. I assume most of these models require taking off the screen first which risks damaging the screen before getting access to the internal non-user removable battery.
