Hi, I dropped my phone Samsung Galaxy J2 and it’s not switching on after that I tried many times but there is no change.. as it’s lockdown period I can’t go to any mobile stores .. what to do please help
It might need a screen replacement after the drop occurred. Sometimes, the screen will be damaged internally rather than externally, or in other words it can be damaged without the front glass being damaged. Have you tried removing the battery and reinserting it if possible?
