Chosen Solution
I just removed the battery to insert the sim card but when I started my phone again it entered factory mode. I tried to reboot it, remove the battery even but it did’nt work. I also reinstalled the software but it also did’nt work. Please help.
Well my phone I tried to factory reset it,it came to the factory reset mode then I pressed the vol up + power key the it switched off and didn’t turn back on,I switched it on and it was at the factory reset mode,I tried removing the battery but still no difference,its freeze for 4days. I don’t know what to do !
