I’ve got a Blue X One, I bought it five months ago and when it runs out af batery I connect the charger and it starts turning on, then it starts to update but it turns itself off again. And it goes on and on. Help please! This cellphone is one of the bests I’ve had, but the battery doesn’t come off and I don’t know what to do
Hello, This could be caused by a battery failure. So I would look to see if you can open the phone and look for the tools needed. Then what I would do is purchase a battery and try to replace. But I would also say bring it to a local repair shop and see what they say as they can see the phone and diagnose it by what they know. I hope this answer helped a little.
