My phone wont turn on unless he is charging, he fell then he worked slower and now he stopped working unless he is charging, and i cant do hard reset cos when he is charging he turns on and turns on over and over again, and i forgot my pattern
Hi! Most likely, your phones battery has died and it will need to be replaced. The reason it works whilst charging is that it is getting continues power.
