Help please

The problem started after i opened and cleaned the ps4 for the first time and i am sure that everything is put in place inside the ps4 To make sure: Are all the thermal pads on both sides of the logic board where the black memory chips present?Has the clamp that holds the heatsink down installed in the right orientation? The clamp should have both ends facing away from the board before screwing it down. Was the heatsink removed from the housing of the PS4? The heatsink fins tend to accumulate dust the most.

Did you use good thermal paste? Cheap eBay crap can cause this issue. Is it something good like arctic brand? Are all thermal pads on the ram chips there? Did you put the metal plate and 2 screws back on the heat sync and cpu? Did you plug in the fan? It’s very easy to forget to plug in the fan.
