when i turn on my ps4, there’s a blue light, then a white light which is normal, but a few seconds after the color changes to white, the game goes off, there wasn’t a fan in it when this happened. so i’m wondering if that’s the issue or is it something else. thanks in advance for anyone who answers.
Hi! Do you mean that the white light turns to blue again? Did you tried to reset it already? It could be a lot of things.. I would try to enter safe mode first.
