I could not open my Samsung J2 after I have done a factory reset and I could not open it. It was always living with “checking network” and could not pass that situation so please I need some help.
I’ve had this issue with other phones. Try and use a different WiFi network or just simply keep trying on that one. It’s a software glitch but if it can connect to the wifi it should be fine. Just keep
