Hi guys it’s my first time here. Well I have a Samsung TV Un40C7000 that worked just fine for over 10 years, now the TV just keep cycling over and over as you can see here. I have bought the 3 boards: Power, Main and T-con I replaced them and nothing has changed since. The screen sometimes just works after a long time cycling it works for a while and the image starts to get full of vertical stripes and with that ghost effect.

https://youtu.be/T0iV-oC_Go0 Tried to remove all connections and leave only the T-con ribbon cable and surprise! TV keep cycling and then when I removed the TV stays on. I’m thinking to replace the ribbon cable. Help! 😥 Update (06/01/2022) @oldturkey03 First image it’s my test I powered the Power Source, Backlight and Main Board and nothing more just the essential. So I plugged the flex cable between Main Board and T-Con, I also removed the cables that goes to the screen from T-Con. The problem is still happening the backlight turns on and after 30 sec or more the power relay “click” and the TV start over again. What if I remove the T-Con cable? Well the TV starts with the backlight on and stop restarting (no image of course bc t-con is off).

I don’t know but since I have replaced the 3 boards already my last option is look this display board. Don’t know how to remove it though. I also have checked all the continuity from cables and they’re all ok.

Hi I know this might seem like a stupid run of the mill answer but i really mean it,iv had a Samsung smart TV and it was doing the whole restarting loop things and it was the aerial port that was the issue, maybe give it a good clean just to make sure ,I would give it a shot even if there is nothing plugged into it,from my experience Samsung TVs have wierd aerial port that is easily disturbed even if lest empty Hopefully this helps because I saw this question and thought this might help Thanks:-)
