After i’ve replace a new touch screen my smart cover doesn’t work wky and what can i do?
It’s most likely due to a cheaper quality aftermarket screen. Higher quality aftermarket screens have the smart cover sensor included on them.
The problem is not the sensors, its that the new screen doesn’t have the proper magnets (if the cover is not attaching. If the problem is the screen turning off when you cover it with the cover then that is an easy fix. Go into the settings and turn on the feature where it turns off the screen when the iPad is covered. It should be under display/brightness. For more information message me.
