Hello guys. I bought a new tablet. It is two together and it is domestic brand. It’s name is Casper Nirvana 240. I used it a week. When I wanted to charge it this morning, I connected the cable, but it was not charged. How can I fix it before going to the help center?
The problem was for charge cable. Some mini cables cut. They gave me new charge cable :)
